Hello!
It’s nice to meet you.
We’re Executive Coaches, facilitators, trainers, and talent development nerds that help leaders and teams perform at their best.
Metronome was founded after more than a decade working within high-growth startups. We operate through practical, research-driven frameworks and we believe that a good coach can act as the sounding board, thought partner, and mirror we sometimes all need to do our best work.
Meet the team:
Rachel Peck (Founder)
Rachel Peck is an Executive Coach and facilitator who uses her experience as a former Chief of Staff and Director of Learning and Development to help leaders and teams perform at their best.
Rachel graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University and, after more than a decade working at Harry's (a high-growth startup that scaled from 15 to more than 1,000 employees globally during her tenure) she received an Advanced Personal and Executive Coach certification from the College of Executive Coaching. Today, Rachel is the founder and CEO of Metronome. Metronome was founded because we believe that professional development should be research-driven, action-oriented, and genuinely fun.
Jessica Penzias (Executive Coach)
Jessica Penzias is a Professional Coach with a background as an award-winning playwright and Broadway producer.
She holds a certificate in Professional Coaching from NYU and a degree in creative writing and theatre arts from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude with honors.
In her coaching practice, Jessica helps her clients break large goals down into concrete next-steps. She supports creative thinkers as they optimize their communication skills, nurture working relationships, cultivate meaningful career goals, and develop a sense of daily purpose in their work lives.
