Meet the team:
Rachel Peck, PCC (Founder and CEO)
Rachel Peck is an Executive Coach, facilitator, and leadership development consultant who uses her experience as a former Chief of Staff and Director of Learning and Development to help leaders and teams perform at their best.
Rachel graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University and, after more than a decade working at Harry's (a high-growth startup that scaled from 15 to more than 1,000 employees globally during her tenure) she received an Advanced Personal and Executive Coach certification from the College of Executive Coaching. Today, Rachel is the founder and CEO of Metronome. Metronome was founded because we believe that professional development should be research-driven, action-oriented, and genuinely fun.
Libby Ashton, PCC (Managing Partner)
Libby Ashton is an Executive Coach and leadership development consultant.
She draws on her leadership experience as a top-performing principal and superintendent to help leaders clarify their goals, leverage their strengths, and identify what they can do to perform better at work. As a principal, Libby’s school performed in the top 1% of New York State. She went on to become a superintendent, overseeing more than a dozen schools with over 500 staff in New York City. Today, she works with leaders across sectors to help them get clear, play to their strengths, and achieve their goals.
Libby holds a degree in philosophy from the University of Michigan. She has a Masters in Education and is a Professionally Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Jessica Penzias (Executive Coach)
Jessica Penzias is a Professional Coach with a background as an award-winning playwright and Broadway producer.
She holds a certificate in Professional Coaching from NYU and a degree in creative writing and theatre arts from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude with honors.
In her coaching practice, Jessica helps her clients break large goals down into concrete next-steps. She supports creative thinkers as they optimize their communication skills, nurture working relationships, cultivate meaningful career goals, and develop a sense of daily purpose in their work lives.
