Hello!

Nice to meet you.

My name is Rachel Peck.

I’m an Executive Coach with a background operating as a Chief of Staff to the CEO and Director of Learning and Development at Harry’s.

One of my favorite leadership analogies is that an executive is like the conductor in an orchestra. Their job is not to play an instrument…or, in other words, to actually do the work.

A leader’s job is to inspire, coordinate, set vision, coach, create accountability, and keep their team on pace.

I founded Metronome to help.

Before Metronome, my informal experience as a Coach began in my role as Chief of Staff (COS), where I had the pleasure of working closely with our founders. My favorite part of the job was the chance to coach and work closely with our senior leaders. There’s nothing better than asking the right questions, facilitating the right conversations, and serving as a thought partner to help people unlock their own best thinking and work.

So I pivoted my career to work more explicitly within the world of learning, leadership, development, and growth. Besides getting a dog, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.

If Executive Coaching or Talent Development consulting is something you’re interested in exploring—either for yourself or your organization—let’s talk.
